Business Workflow Studio is me: Liza McConnell.
I set up the practical bits behind marketing for owner-run small businesses across Australia. Every enquiry in one place. A first reply that goes out automatically. Follow-up you do not have to chase. That is the whole job.
Built from real work, not theory.
I have spent years inside real businesses: commercial legal operations, beauty, education, ecommerce and course platforms. Not advising from the sidelines. Doing the work.
Customers needed following up. Enquiries needed answering. Emails needed to make sense. Customer lists needed to be useful. Content needed a way to get made every week. Owners needed to see what was happening without chasing every moving part themselves.
Business Workflow Studio exists because I kept seeing the same thing. Good owners, working hard, losing enquiries through the gaps between their tools. Not because they were disorganised. Because nobody had ever set those gaps up properly.
